Champions of Health, the 2009 version of Borgess Run Camp, was launched Saturday, January 24, with late registration available through January 31.
Members of this 13-week outdoor running adventure are setting (and ideally achieving) individual goals with the help of experienced coaches, trained team leaders and team support.
Borgess Run Camp places special emphasis on providing information, instruction and coaching for people who are just starting or starting over. Unlike many camps, we have coaches AND team leaders, providing clinics, hydration support, post-run refreshments and camaraderie to bring out the champion in you.
Run campers and others interested in training for the 5K or half marathon may view our training schedules. Non-campers should not rely on these
schedules alone for training advice, but may use them as an informal training guide.
Core strength is important. Learn more here.
